Visual Merchandisers plan and install internal, window and fixed displays.

Visual Merchandisers operate independently, make a range of operational decisions, and may have some responsibility for others. This industry provides a pathway to work in a range of retail settings including specialty and fashion retailers, supermarkets and department stores.

The WorldSkills Australia Visual Merchandising Competition provides the opportunity for Competitors to perform and demonstrate a broad range of technical skills and knowledge of visual merchandising principles to plan and coordinate visual merchandising activities.

YOU SHOULD PURSUE A CAREER IN VISUAL MERCHANDISING IF YOU:
