Front of House workers apply a range of food and beverage service and sales skills combined with sound product knowledge. This specialist area provides a pathway to work in various front of house roles in restaurants and cafés.
The WorldSkills Restaurant Service Competition is designed to test Competitors Front of Restaurant Service skills whilst they prepare for and deliver a Lunch/Dinner Food and Beverage service.
