David Baccinelli brought skill, focus and determination to the WorldSkills stage. Competing in Mens Hairdressing, David demonstrated technical ability while working under pressure and within strict time limits. David proudly represented the Sydney region. That preparation and commitment earned the following results: Medallion for Excellence.
