Peter Van Es brought skill, focus and determination to the WorldSkills stage. Competing in Cookery, Peter demonstrated technical ability while working under pressure and within strict time limits. Peter proudly represented the Sydney region. That preparation and commitment earned the following results: Medallion for Excellence.
